Dynamics

This group will ensure resourced support for everyone in the container, and to enable Irene to facilitate an actual sense of peer support. All sessions will be recorded for you and link provided within 24hours. Members have the opportunity to add 1:1 sessions with Irene at a discounted rate.

Group Calls

Each 90-minute session will be split between teaching concepts/embodiment practices & group discussion/coaching. We won’t be reading the entirety of the book together, but each week we’ll reference one or two chapters and the featured exercises.

Community

You will have the opportunity* to form peer pods for the duration of the program and communicate via private Signal group. Often having peers to chat with in these programs can help you get more out of the material.

*peer pods are optional

Hear From Our Community

Irene's group is a fantastic resource for people looking to deepen their understanding and world of Non Monogamy. Not only is she a wealth of information and wisdom, but her teaching style is so slow and grounded that we can't help but be also be deeply grounded and rooted ourselves--that is the magic of the container she brings. She is able to hold the space for all of our human messiness- from our contractions to the deepest shames we carry, all the while not loosing sight of the social and political influences that we may not even be conscious of. Irene has an innate ability to guide these myriad of conversations from an embodied and safe place, always returning to the body as a foundational understanding for inner knowing. Her group is a wonderful starting place to explore what it means to living a life authentically, in however you personally define that.

How it Works

Week 1:
Intro & Orientation

Let’s set the stage! We’ll start by getting to know each other, orienting ourselves to this shared journey, and laying the groundwork for a supportive and transformative experience.

Week 2:
Centering the Body & A Trauma-Sensitive Approach

We’ll dive deep into the wisdom of your body. Discover how centering your body can guide you through the ups and downs of non-monogamy, while we gently explore trauma-sensitive practices to keep you feeling safe and grounded.

Week 3:
The Power of Pleasure

Pleasure isn’t just a bonus—it’s your guide! We’ll explore how to harness the power of pleasure to navigate non-monogamy with more ease, joy, and connection. Expect a mix of reflection, play, and some delightful surprises.

Week 4:
The Polyamory Paradox & Your Right-Fit Relationship

Here’s where we unpack the paradox of polyamory. Together, we’ll identify the elements that make up your unique right-fit relationship, and how to move towards it with confidence and clarity.

Week 5:
Communication

Words matter, but so does how we say them. This week, we’ll master the art of communication, so you can express your needs, desires, and boundaries without losing your cool—or your connection.

Week 6:
Re-framing Conflict & Re-thinking Collaboration

Conflict doesn’t have to be a dealbreaker. Learn how to re-frame conflict as an opportunity for deeper connection and re-think collaboration so that everyone’s needs are heard, held, and honored.

Week 7:
Open Q&A

You’ve got questions, and we’ve got answers. This week is all about you—bring your burning questions, share your experiences, and let’s dive deep into whatever’s on your mind.

Week 8:
Wrap-up & Reflections

We’ll bring it all together, reflecting on the journey and celebrating your growth. You’ll leave with new insights, stronger relationships, and a clear path forward.

Pricing Model

I strive to make this work accessible for folks across income brackets because we all need supportive relationships, and also because a financially diverse group is beneficial to the experience of this container. I offer sliding scale pricing with the hopes that those who are able to invest more will do so, enabling me to provide some lower-cost spots. Descriptions provided are simply guidelines to help you self-select.

These numbers are based on current data in Los Angeles, California. Please use / adjust these figures as a guideline for your location and cost of living.  (Thanks to Margeaux Feldman for providing a sliding scale model that I’ve adapted here.)

Level 1 — $895

For those who are higher income (>$90k/year) and/or have benefited from intergenerational wealth and who would like to help balance the scales for the lower cost tickets.

Level 2 — $755

For those who are mid-income ($60k-90k/year), stably-employed, with some money in savings and financial safety net/or financial support from family; have some expendable income each month; can afford to take vacations and make other large purchases with relative ease.

Level 3 — $595

for those who exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities; those who are low income (under $60k/year), do not have savings, have minimal expendable income each month, and couldn't otherwise afford to attend without this option.
